President Paul Biya of Cameroon
Head of State Paul Biya has signed and published four decrees on Monday, April 17, 2017, affecting different sectors of the economy.
In the first presidential order read over state radio CRTV at 5pm,Mr Biya appointed the members of the CDC General Assembly for a period of three years, renewable once.
The second decree empowers the Minister for the Economy, Planning and Land Management to sign with a bank a credit agreement amount of more than CFAF 113 billion to finance the development project of the sector Of transport. The third decree appoints an Inspector General of Services and the fourth and last decree creates a Commissariat at the Autonomous Port of Kribi in the ocean division.
